What should I wear to a yoga or Zumba class?
Comfortable, stretchy workout clothes are ideal. Supportive sneakers that have never been worn outdoors, with smooth soles are recommended to protect your joints while dancing.
No experience needed — Zumba is for everyone! Move at your own pace, enjoy the music, and get a great workout while having fun. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned dancer, you'll feel welcome from day one.
Every class puts you inside our 40-foot “Magic Mirror” video wall—an immersive backdrop that drops you into exotic locations in real time. One minute you’re stretching on a mountaintop, the next you're dancing on a tropical beach.
Our instructors get to know you by name. With smaller class sizes and a warm, local vibe, you'll feel supported— whether you're flowing through yoga poses or sweating it out on the Zumba floor.

5 Week Sessions Starting Jan 20th and 22nd, 7pm
Melissa is a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor who is passionate about helping people find their rhythm and joy. With a background in jazz, ballet, and tap, she discovered Zumba and was instantly hooked, going on to teach at World Gym in Niagara for 2 years. Her goal is to help participants ‘dance off the stress and dance in the happiness’ — and this fall she’s bringing special playlists with a spooky seasonal twist to keep every class fresh and fun.
