I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, a graduate of the Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga Tree in Toronto, Ontario. I started practicing over 10 years ago. I grew up in Lambton Shores, was away for many years and my journey has since brought me back. I’d love to use what I have learned to help you along your yoga journey.

Alana

I teach restorative yoga and hatha/vinyasa yoga flow classes. I've also worked as a personal trainer and pilates instructor. While living in South Carolina, I obtained my 600 hour certification at the Asheville yoga center. I also have a dance background and practiced yoga on my own in my 20s. I love the energy and feedback I get from clients!

Immersive Yoga FAQImportant Notes

  • First-time clients and those without tickets should arrive 20 minutes early. Reception closes when the class begins. Please book your experience online in advance if possible.
  • Bring a yoga mat if you own one. Mats are available to rent for $3.
  • Students must be 13 years old older unless otherwise stated in class description.
  • There are no changing facilities but washrooms are available.
  • Regrettably, our yoga studio is not wheelchair accessible as it is on the second floor.
