Zumba Fitness

A high-energy, group fitness class that combines Latin and international music and dance with choreographed movements. This is not a dance class- people with two left feet are welcome! Fun and fitness are the only goals. Classes are held in our darkened immersive studio featuring wraparound visuals, surround sound, and a certified Zumba instructor.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, a graduate of the Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga Tree in Toronto, Ontario. I started practicing over 10 years ago. I grew up in Lambton Shores, was away for many years and my journey has since brought me back. I’d love to use what I have learned to help you along your yoga journey.

While living in South Carolina, I obtained my 600 hour certification at the Asheville yoga center. I also have a dance background and practiced yoga on my own in my 20s. Licensed Zumba instructor for over 10 years, known for my Energy and fun teaching style. Zumba allows me to share my love of exercising and dancing. In my class, you will laugh, smile and for sure sweat. It doesn't matter If I move left and you move to the right, as long as you're moving and shaking something, you are doing great. I look forward to smiling while sweating with you all!

Immersive Yoga and Pilates FAQImportant Notes

  • First-time clients and those without tickets should arrive 20 minutes early. Reception closes when the class begins. Please book your experience online in advance if possible.
  • For yoga and Pilates classes, bring a yoga mat if you own one. Mats are available to rent for $3.
  • Clean indoor shoes must be worn for Zumba. Bare feet and street shoes are prohibited.
  • There are no changing facilities but washrooms are available.
  • Regrettably, our studio is not wheelchair accessible as it is on the second floor.

Questions & Answers

Home practice offers flexibility and comfort but lacks the guidance and community aspect of a studio. Studios provide professional instruction and a motivating environment but can be costly and less convenient. At Reload's immersive studio you can experience yoga and pilates in beautiful simulated environments through our video projection systems.

When practicing yoga, you typically adopt a position and hold it, or flow into a different position. In Pilates, you adopt a position and then challenge your core by moving your arms or legs. Both approaches increase strength and flexibility.
