Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

A high-energy, group fitness class that combines Latin and international music and dance with choreographed movements. This is not a dance class- people with two left feet are welcome! Fun and fitness are the only goals. Classes are held in our darkened immersive studio featuring wraparound visuals, surround sound, and a certified Zumba instructor.
