Frequently Asked Questions

The VR headsets can be adjusted for all but the biggest of glasses – our staff will help you adjust your headset when you start. It is recommended that if you can wear contacts please do so as you will find them more comfortable for a long session.

Hygiene is incredibly important to us. Not only do we clean the headsets with anti-bacterial wipes after each session, but we then sterilize them in a special headset washing machine that uses powerful UVC light to kill viruses and bacteria. The effective of our sterilization machine has been clinically tested by 3rd party laboratories.

No. VR doesn't tend to mix well with drinking, and you'll be actively having fun and using your hands for most of your hour-long experience. We do, however, have a water cooler and sell snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.

We understand that sometimes things happen and will try our best to accommodate any changes if we can. Refunds aren’t possible on the day of the booking unfortunately. Try to get here early so that your play time is not affected if there are bookings after yours.

The VR system has a built-in safety feature that displays warnings when you're leaving the play area or are getting too close to the edge of your boundary. Staff members will also be on the lookout for those over-exuberant players that get a little too close to the edge of the play space.

If you don’t have a pre-existing condition or a vulnerability to motion sickness then you should be fine, especially in our free-roam arena that doesn't use unnatural motion such as teleporting. If you start to feel a bit iffy, simply take the headset off for a few minutes. Additionally we can provide chairs to any players who may find experiencing VR from a seated position preferable. Taking an over-the-counter anti-nauseau product in advance can also help.

You are more than welcome to film and video yourself and your friends (if they agree), but please do not film other people in the venue at public drop-in events. We may wish to photograph or film you for promo purposes but we will always seek your permission first.

Since our parking is dusty and our facility is equipped with black rubber flooring, wearing outside shoes leaves prints that take a long time to remove between sessions. So please bring a clean pair of comfortable shoes. If you're booked for our VR arena that involve lots of movement, dress lightly because you'll feel warm pretty quickly even though our temperature is set for 17C.

It is discouraged to use a VR headset if you suffer from medical conditions such as: Heart conditions, Epilepsy, Seizures, Balance Issues, Severe Eye Conditions, Contagious Skin Diseases, Pregnancy, or severe medical conditions.
